Suggest Remedy For Lumps In Genital Area And Light Pinkish Color Discharge

I am suffering from genital infection for the past 2.5 years. The allergy/infection happened due to some reaction by medecines. Initailly it was only itching which used to vanish during periods.I have been using Lactacyd lotion and Surfas-SN since then. However from the past 15 days, there are some lumps in tat area. These lumps are spreading to other areas as well. Additionally, i witnessed some light pinkish color discharge in very small quantity 2-3 times in the last 15 days. Is there some serious problem???
