Suggest Remedy For Lumps On The Knee Cap

I fell hard on both knees on a tile floor 2 months ago....yesterday I was sitting down and all of the sudden a lump developed in my knee cap, my knee swelled & my food & hip felt tingly like the circulation was interrupted. 30 year old female. No fever, redness etc.

b-Antibiotics-to control any mild infection causing bursitis.
c-Xry knee and orthopaedic surgeons opinion -if it does not subside in 1 wks time.
d-Non-regressing bursal cyst-is Surgically Excised and treated permanently.
