Suggest Remedy For Lymph Nodes In Groin

Hi. I have a lymph node in my groin. They are recurrent. Theyre tender. I dont have any unusual discharge, but i am itching down there. Really bad. From vagina to anus. For a while now. I went to the gyno for a pap, she said she didnt see anything. What can be wrong?
