Suggest Remedy For Marrow Edema

my son had a MR lately and report says he has little marrow edema in diaphysis of radius, considered OK two months after trauma. Report says the marrow edema is diffuse, with some red and yellow marrow scattered in the diaphysis, not worrisome for no pain or inflammatory changes are seen on lab studies. what do you think? thank you
