General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I went through your question and I understand your concern.

Short answer: Medication will dissorve itself after sometime. Nothing to worry.

Detailed answer : Thank you for your query on HCM.
Oral medications are designed in way where when they are swallowed they get dissolved. Sometimes, while swallowing it may get struck in the upper esophagus and cause inconvenience.
I suggest you to keep drinking water untill that medication is dissolved.

If you don't have associated cough, breathing difficulty then I assure you that there is nothing serious to worry about.

You can always contact me for any further query.

Regards,
Dr. Prathap
