Suggest Remedy For Menopausal Anxiety, Eating Disorder And Weight Gain

Hello I m a 46 year old woman struggling with menopause I have insomnia, anxiety which leads me to an eating disorder, lack of sexual appetite. I have tried several antidepressants with sertraline being the best one the problem is that I m not able to have an orgasm and I ve gained 13 lbs in a month. I m very active cardio 4 x s a week and weight lifting classes once a week.

Hi,
This problem is due to menopause and having menopausal syndrome.
At this age there might be having estrogen hormone deficiency giving rise all these symptoms.
you might require hormonal replacement medicine.
Consult Gynaec and discuss about this.
Avoid stress and quit sedentary life style.
Ok and take care.
