Suggest Remedy For Menstrual Cramps With Cold Sweats

I m a 16 year old teenage girl I get extremely bad menstrul cramps they make me vomit have diarrhea heat flashes or cold sweats bad lower back pains & my abdomin kills me & also has sharp pains & burn like symptoms is there anything I can take for this ? The pain is unbearable my mom has to be me out early from school everytime
