Suggest Remedy For Mental Health Problem

I am very shaky, almost like anxiety in my chest , arms and legs. not in the morning hours, but after I get home from work. I am wondering if temazepam could be responsible for this. I take 30 mg each night. I have severe sleep apnea, I use a cpap machine, also, I have copd

I really appreciate your concern if you have a history of sleep apnea then it not advisable to continue any medicine for anxiety and depression because this medicine could flair up the problem of apnea, it is better to control your thoughts and keep the stress level very low, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
