Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having migraine and speech related problems.
My response to your question is as follows.

Migraine is usually not related to speech related problems.
Tingling of neck and face are sometimes associated with migraine and will respond to treatment of migraine with the anti-migraine drugs.
The use of drugs like flunarizine will be helpful.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for any further questions and I will be happy to answer and assist you.

Thank you
