Suggest Remedy For Mild Pain In The Left Shoulder

i mnth or so ago i had a sudden iirational addiction to crack cocaine endused by high stress levels and a bad break up i have never abused any substances bf alothough i am a smoker. the last time i used i found my self in the bck of a abulance with a racing heart praying for my life i have not used since then and never will but it left a mark i have been having a very strange mild pain in my left shoulder slightly under my collar bone and my heart feels weird anxiety maybe ekg normal doc says heart sounds great but i know something is wrong help
