Suggest Remedy For Minor Itching In The Vagina

ok so i noticed that @ the begining of this week i had sum minor vaginal itching,so i treated it as a yeast infection ,and now im itchin again but now when i wash down there or wipe i notice little black pieces ,there really small and look like tissue.what could this be?
