Suggest Remedy For Miscarriage

I have recently been diagnosed with having a miscarriage (last Tuesday) since then doctors have been checking my HCG levels,the level increased from 2264 to 2459 within 48 hours,they then dropped to 2410 48 hours after that and dropped again to 2301 today,is this normal? They want to take further action but I've requested another blood test before going ahead,should I be worried?
