Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my heart sometimes misfires when in extreme physical exertion, it jumps from 100 bpm to more than 200 bpm sometimes and i feel faint when this happens. If i rest it abruptly drops back to normal. Happens when i sometimes take a breath wrongly or skip a beat or step. My ecg shows that everything is normal but I may have a mild left axis deviation . Is this anything i should be concerned about? I am active and healthy. 36 yrs old, 75kg, 184cm. Have had this problem for more than 15 years.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this is the nonspecific type of complaints and this may not be related with any cardiac disease still I would like to advise you to go for cardiac evaluation test, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
