My 2 year old daughter swallowed a quarter on Monday. She has not had a bowel movement since. She complained of stomach pain Tuesday night into Wednesday . An x-ray taken Wednesday found that the coin had moved out of the stomach. She s been eating high fiber healthy meals including prunes for snack. Should I e concerned since she hasn t had a bowel movement?
