Suggest Remedy For Missed Periods

Im 18 years old and i havent had my period for 3 months now, ive always been kinda irregular (but not this bad). I have notices that when i masturbate i do bleed a little with or without penetration. I know im not pregnant (no sex). And i do have a history of low thyroid. What could this be??
