Suggest Remedy For Motor Neuron Disease

hello sir i am 22 years old.my right hand & left hand fingers does not work properly.when i am trying to catch something like pen etc i can't hold properly.doctor's are saying that it is mortern neuron disease .i dont know how to cure from this.kindly please reply me
