Suggest Remedy For Movement In Tongue On Twisting Neck

I have this neck problem, it goes up my neck and into my head. It can make my tongue move and it is really scary. It can be brought on by using that kind of muscle- by twisting my neck. I am really concerned about it but ive been told you may grow out of it and it could be a artery that gets cut off to the brain. Please Help!!
