Suggest Remedy For Muscle Aches & Tiredness

hello doc,im 41 and have sufferd fatigue for along time.and now have muscle aches tiredness along with regular goosebumps it can go on for weeks.i am taking venlalic which has helped.i have tryed to get myself fit but my body brakes down.had numerous blood tests without answers.cheers mark
