Suggest Remedy For Muscle Disorder

i injured my arm 3 years ago from hand to shoulder and now my arm has shortned up and hand is same claw like no doctor gets it i cant build or develop any type of musle i need major help before its to late i had mri neck scan and nerve studies done witch were normal
