Suggest Remedy For Muscle Pain In The Butt Cheek

Starting around March 20 I have a muscle pain in my right butt cheek on the outter side. It hurts there and in my inner grion aread when I cough or sneeze. If I take excedrine that pain is pretty much gone for about 4 hours and then comes back. It hurts to put any type of pressure on it and at times if I go from sitting to standing it will feel like someone is pulling that muscle for about 15-30 seconds, evenings are the worse as this is my down time and I am not moving as much. Any suggestions to get rid of this, I have tried my tens unit on this muscle and tried stretches. Thank you!
