Suggest Remedy For Muscle Spams With Sweating

i am a 46yr female. I have rheumatiod arthritis, under active thyriod, spinal stenosis and OA in my spine. I have experienced extreme fatigue which i find in its self is a disability. I have muscle pain and tenderness. my bloods say my thyriod is ok. I have experienced strong muscle spasms and my muscles will jump about on their own...which is a very strange feeling. my spasms have now began to wake my husband. I have also experienced sweats that can result in me changing my clothes and washing my hair. any advice would be welsome. thank you
