Hi, my daughter is 14 years of age and very active in athletics. for the last year or so, while she is running she getting muscle spasm in her neck. we had her for physio and other treatment, but as soon as she running the pain is back. is there any other treatment or medicine what can help her with her condition. she had a very stiff body and is not really flexible
