Suggest Remedy For Nasal Blockage

my son doesnt have cold and cough but he is unable to sleep in the night due to obstruction in thenose and take deep breaths thru mouth.on observing the nose its felt that the nose is blocked by swollen flesh in both nosrtrils.can you kindly advice me on what would be the reason .

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Following remedies can be tried:-
1. Steam inhalation- steam inhaltion should be done. steam inhalation cause thinning of nasal secretions and thereby unblocking nose. If your son is not able to take steam you could assist him Steam inhalation
2. Nasal Spray- you can go for a nasal spray. This will clear the sinuses, thinning the secretions & thereby unblocking the nose.
Guide him always try to escape the secretion through nose & not swallowing them

Visit a ENT specialist or paediatric, if problem persist
