Suggest Remedy For Nausea And Heart Burning Sensation After Taking Metroprolol Tartate

I start taking Metroprolol tartate 25m twice a day, half in morning and half in the evening. I am having nausea, chill, heart burning sensation and very weak. should I decrease dose half pill a day or need contact my physician immediately. I read on intranet you can't just stop taking this medication. Thank you.
