Suggest Remedy For Nausea,tiredness And Weakness Post Episode Of High Fever

my daughter has HS. she s been unwell with high fever over the past 5 days. now the fever has stopped she s feeling nauseous, tired, dizzy, in a dream like state and unable to walk as her calf muscles are hurting, she s also very tired. please help

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have nausea , tiredness and weakness post episode of high fever which seems to be due to viral infection/ flu. Need not to worry much. I would suggest you to take acetaminophen, it will reduce fever & headache. You should take proper course of antibiotics for 5 days as it will take 5-7 days for viral fever to lower down. Apply moist cloth on head dipped in cold water, can help to reduce fever & headache. Drink plenty of fluids and have rest properly. Visit general physician once and get it completely examined and start treatment after proper prescription. Get blood tests done to find out exact diagnosis. Taking rest will be very helpful.
