Suggest Remedy For Neck, Arm And Back Pain While On Norytipline

Hi , I am cureently taking norytipline for migraine management, while its only been two weeks I feel agitated and cant sleep and ,because I am not taking tramadol,which I was on before for occipital neuralgia ,prescribed by my family physician and temazapen.I have neck arm back pain constanly ,don't know what t do,,muscle relaxers?,my neuro said not to take the trams ,otc are not doin a thing for this pain, acupuncture ?
