Suggest Remedy For Neck Pain And Feeling Hot Due To Vyvanse Pills

I took two 30 mg vyvanse pills today, I took the first one at 10:30 and the next one around 11:00-11:30
So far I feel hot, and my neck kinda hurts. Am I going to be okay if I just get some rest? Im extrememly worried, I only took two so I could focus more on this project im doing!
