Suggest Remedy For Neck Pain With Stiff Muscles In Mouth

Hi, Im 21 now. When I was 18 I had a hockey injury.I lost 2 teeth after 3 years i struggle with heavy neck pain and everyday there is something making a click noise at my jaw atleast once a day witch is very painfull. After the click noise I struggle with headaches and my muscle in my mouth feels stiff what is wrong and what can I do to make it better and not drink dicoflam every single day.
