I am a smoker and have recent sunburn My question is... here past few days when I cough I get pins and needles feelings that start in back of neck and travels to my chest and back then down my arms it almost hurts I have never had this before and concerns me

Because of the bout of cough a kind of jerk might be passing through the cervical spine and this caused the little compression in vertebrae, this may be sort of compression and for that you need to take care while coughing, take this easy, else this is nothing to worry, hope this helps.
