Suggest Remedy For Neck Stiffness When Diagnosed With Bulging Disc

i have herniated nucleus pulposus at c4 and c5 ,,i also have a broad based disc bulge at c3 and c4 ,,,,i have been suffering from a extremly stiff neck for about 10 days ,,,could it be related to these injuries ,i have been putting heat on it at night ,but it is not seeming to go away ,any suggestions would help

I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm could be likely cause and it may not be due to spinal degenerative disease, and it can be managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen" three times in day, physiotherapy can also be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
