Hi welcome to HCM.
The chest pain in your case is unrelated to cardiac cause. It seems to stem from underlying stress and anxiety concerning your personal life. All you need is personal stress management and drugs like anxiolytics to control your stress.Practise deep breathing exercises alternating with one nostril in times of acute stress.Have a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional echo to rule out organic heart disorders.Consult your doctor for further queries.
Thank you.
