Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

Night fall is common, natural and never unhealthy. The reason is just that you are not masturbating. Start masturbation thrice a week or less and your night fall will also stop. Therefore, I suggest consulting a psychologist for sex counseling.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
