I masturbate with my foreskin covering glans penis, i dont find any discomfort in masturbating this way and i ejaculate, not with very high velocity, but it does come out however at slow speed and faster if i pull foreskin a bit. The same way i dont find any discomfort while urinating with foreskin covering glans penis. can this Hinder making my wife pragnent in future? Note have not yet had intercourse is surgery necessary? I am afraid of surgeries :( can this be solved by exercise or medication if at all this can be a problem to get her pregnant?
