Suggest Remedy For Nose Allergy With Lung Infection And Headache

sir, My problem is nose allergy and lungs infection,slight headache,some sort of sounds from inside(during breathing) and caugh. These problems arise in the dust,seasonal change,journey time and cool weather.These attacked me since 1994. My age is 52 kindly help me..

Hi Thank for asking to HCM.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Steam Inhalation , Steroid nasal spray & combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Leukotriene antagonists Montelukast .
