Suggest Remedy For Nosebleed With Headaches And Back Pain

I got a nosebleed this morning, followed by headache, then my eyes became bloodshot, all accompanied by tender feet and calves, and moderate back pain. I have also had an acne flare up which is uncommon and I have been unusually tired. I am 26, female, and exercise regularly.

Hello,

Your symptoms could be due to accelerated hypertension or viral infection or some thrombosis.

The tender calf should never be neglected and if it is swollen with red colour than colour doppler ultrasound needs to be done to check thrombus.

Kindly mention if you have slurred speech, chest pain etc like symptoms if present.

For headache, you can be prescribed analgesic.

You need to check your blood pressure and consult your physician for a detailed evaluation.
