hi! am a flight attendant and i have a nosebleed it's not for the first time and it's not intense. By the way, last year i don't even remember when guess was winter time :D i was cleaning my nose in a hurry before a flight and a bloody big mucus came out, was the size of a thee bag, How dangerous this could be?
HI I really appreciate your concern, some time high altitude may be the cause of this, condition is called epistaxis if this is happens on and often then differential diagnosis need to be taken under consideration, if this is cold and cough condition and sneeze forcefully so this may cause bleeding in short this may be matter of concern or may not be depends on clinical examination, if you are hypertensive so this could be the cause, blood disorder need to be ruled out too, take care.
