Suggest Remedy For Numbness And Rash On Calf From A Nail Puncture

I got a old nail punctured my left calf muscle, on wed, it swelled up about a half inche off my leg, i squeeezed it to get stuff out. On Thur i put a baking soda paste on it with bandage for the day, Friday i put antiseptic cream on it cover bandage for the day. today i woke up with numbness in my leg & a large rash bigger than the bandage i used. age 34 wght 190,
