Suggest Remedy For Numbness And Weakness In Arm

I write computer software. Was working when my entire right arm went numb and weak. Arm still functioned but hand quivered picking up cup of coffee. 60 year old male. This has never happened before. Should I be concerned? Passed. After about 5 minutes.

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be due to any disease but it should never be taken lightly and it is advisable to get done the CT of head and EKG these are just for safe side, hope this helps take care and have a nice day.
