Suggest Remedy For Numbness Followed By Fatigue

Hello Doctor, my MRI scan says there is L5-S1 disc degeneration with focsl posterocentral disc protrusion indentung on thecal sac. Also I have numbness that comes on and off and I am feeling fatigue snd tired. Could you please tell me the remedy for this.
