Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Arm

hi good morning doctor, im female 42 yr old , im a nursing mother , my little girl is just 15 months old..i have a question to you doctor coz i feel the numbness in the left arm going to my upper left shoulder and when i check my bp it reads 104/57 am i having an anemia or what can i advise to me doctor..? thank you for giving time to my question..have a good day.
