Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. You have numbness in legs while sleeping and this can occur due to a number of reasons. Nutritional deficiencies are most common cause for such symptoms and should be evaluated. Low vitamin B12 levels result in neuritis and might cause similar symptoms. I'd advise you to please consult a doctor and get your B12 levels done to rule out the condition. Supplements containing B12 especially Methylcobalamine, Cyanocobalamine can help to reduce the symptoms. For chronic symptoms medicines like Gabapentin, Pregabalin can help. These medicine will help in good sleep and can be used to reduce the numbness. Please consult a doctor for evaluation and prescription of these medicines.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
