Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The swelling and numbness of fingers and hand, along with pain in pregnancy is suggestive of Carpal tunnel syndrome. In this condition, the tissue swells up due to hormonal hormonal changes in pregnancy and it compresses the median nerve in the wrist, leading to such symptoms.
I would suggest you to consult a neurologist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
