Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Left Leg And Left Side Of Penis

Hi, I am experiencing numbness in my left leg and left side of my penis head. I think it is steming from my falling arches. is that possible? and what should I do? It's coming up on 1 year since this problem began. I also get a burning sensation in my leg as well.
