Suggest Remedy For Numbness In The Right Side Of The Face

Hello I woke up this morning with some numbness on the right side of my face and it reallyy scared me I do have two back teeth that are broken off at the gum but they are not hurting or bothering me YET. the only medicine I take is Tramadol for my knees I have been taking alot of them lately about 2 or three every four to six hours other than my knees I have no health problem I smoke about 1/2 pack a day and I have had 4 c sections and a hysterectomy in 1999 can you help
