Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Toes

a year ago i had my sesmoid bone removed in my foot and since than i have still been having lots of pain. and now my big toe is numb and towards the end of the day my big toe and pinky toe are white. i have tried different shoes and even flip flops and barefoot and it still does it. why does it do that
