Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Toes

i am feeling numbness on left toes and weak lef calf after a L5 left laminectomy 10 days ago. 5 Days after the surgery my MRI shown the laminectomy done but l5s1 posterocentral and right paracentral disc herniation indenting the thecal sac and narrowing the right lateral recess. Is this the cause of the numbness and weakness on the left ? Any urgency for surgery?
