Suggest Remedy For Numbness On Hand And Foot

okay I found out my vitamin D is really low i'm on 50,000 units 2 times a week. My legs feels like jelly and i'm really jittery all over. I have terrible drainage in the back of my throat and it's a little sore today. I've had a miagrine headach for 2 days now and nothing seems to work. My right hand and foot is very numb and tingly please help
