Suggest Remedy For Numbness, Tingling And Discoloration On Chest

I have a numb, tingling and burning feeling just below the left side of my chest. The skin is not discolored but feels numb to the touch, once in a while I feel pain but I can push on it and not feel any pain. I cant sleep at night because of the discomfort. Im a 36 year old male.

Please do 1 ECG..and start with neuroday tablets one daily after food along with a tab folvite once daily...upload ECG after getting it done
