Suggest Remedy For Numbness

I have been experiencing dizziness and vertigo for three years now. This year numbness and weakness in my right leg and sometimes my arm has accompanied the dizziness. I've had a full skull series MRI and it was normal. The numbness and weakness has been so bad that I couldn't walk. What are some of the possibilities that this might be? I am 42 years old, have a family history of heart disease. I had a calcium scoring test done and it revealed that I was not at risk for a heart attack. I've had the dizziness for so long I've learned to deal with it, but the numbness and weakness is scary.
