Suggest Remedy For Opened Cellulite On Leg With Redness

Hi. My son has a cellulite on his leg, he went to dr yesterday and Cypro 500 + Naproxene for pain was given. He was under pain because it looks like a volcano, he opened it and blood (red and sticky along with pus, came out of it. Now he have like a hole, I can see a little of body flesh, is not in pain anymore but now he have a hole and is still red. Can you please help us? Thanks.
